There's a tradition that all graduating students of the secondary schools get dressed in funny costumes on their last school day and they march in the centre of city, where the official graduation ceremony will be held on next day. The ceremony is always on a Saturday so this fools' graduate is usually on a Friday. But in this year the workdays were mixed up and because of this today was the last school day.

Sounds like a good idea - high school graduations here are often marred by drunken road accidents.
