Today I continue my series about the local food specialities (like túrós rétes and sajtos tejfölös lángos) with kürtőskalács. After they are baked then they are scattered richly with sugar and cinnamon or vanilla or cracked walnut.

They sound and look absolutely delicious! When I first saw them I thought it was a roast of pork.
